More Than a Trader A Long-Term Industry Partner

When I first entered the packaging industry as a salesperson, I knew almost nothing about the products. A client visited our company and pointed at two machines asking, “What exactly is the difference between these two?” I froze. I could not answer even one parameter. All I could do was take out my notebook, write down every question, and promise to get back with the right answer.

Later, when I moved into foreign trade and started communicating with overseas clients by email and WhatsApp, I met new challenges. I could not fully understand technical terms like tension control or coating tolerance. But I always followed one rule: if I do not know, I write it down, learn it, and answer only after I understand it. Every question was filed carefully. Every mistake was reviewed again and again.

Over time, those embarrassing moments became valuable knowledge in my notebook. I found that I could not only explain machine differences, but also help clients with model selection, custom solutions, and after-sales coordination. Clients trusted me because I was the person willing to learn, willing to check, and willing to take responsibility.

As a Chinese professional, I know how complete and powerful our supply chain is. From raw materials to manufacturing, from logistics to after-sales response, I am confident in serving customers around the world.

That is why I had an idea: not to be a factory, but to be the connector between factories and customers. I wanted to share my experience, resources, and lessons through a website so more people in the industry could find answers more easily.

This website — Etiming — is the result of that idea. It feels like my second child, and I have put a lot of care into it.
